Your HCW watch has undergone a number of quality control and accuracy tests before leaving our workshops. Each piece is fitted with a precision Miyota quartz analog movement or Automatic Miyota or Swiss movement.

The present warranty is valid for watches purchased from authorized HCW retailers or Internet purchases.

Warranty excludes: Batteries and any wear to the following: crystal, strap, bracelet, black plated bracelets, crown, or damages resulting from accidents or abnormal use or repairs made by others.

If your HCW Watch has been mistreated, dropped or shows any signs of mishandling, HCW reserves the right to refuse warranty service and claim it void. HCW will give the option to repair it at the customers expense including shipping and handeling charges. The HCW warranty is only valid to its original owner and cannot be transferred. IMPORTANT: All Automatic Movement timepieces carry a fifteen year warranty against manufactures defects. If the movement has been tampered with by anyone other than HCW, all warranty is void.

Please follow these simple care suggestions
Your HARDCORE watch has been hand crafted and manufactured with precision components to give you years of excellent service.

1. Have your watch cleaned and oiled once a year.
2. Avoid unnecessarily rough treatment.
3. Replace broken or a cracked crystal immediately.
4. If your quartz watch stops, the battery may be replaced by your local jeweler or watch repair service center.
5. Do not open the back of the case yourself to adjust or regulate.
6. Automatic movements- Avoid heavy or constant vibration as it can cause serious damage as well as the movement ceasing.

HARDCORE watch products disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from failure or malfunction of the watch , and at no time can recovery be greater than the original purchase price. In case of a failure to informally resolve any dispute between the company and the original owner, such dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in the civil court of the City of Temecula, Ca by and pursuant to the rules pertaining within. This warranty gives you specific rights, but you may have other rights which apply to your state or country.

RETURNS
All sales are final and no returns are accepted. In the event the original purchaser wants to exchange any product offered from HCW, the original receipt must be presented within 72 hours of purchase. An item can only be exchanged if it has not been altered and this includes the packaging. A 30% restocking fee will be charged to all items returned after the 72 hour period. An item can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. In the event the item exchanged for is more expensive, the customer will be charged the difference of the store credit and the new item. Hardcore Watch Company reserves the right to retire watch styles from its catalog and internet at any time and reserves the right to modify existing styles to meet the highest quality standards. Once a style has been retired repairs are accessed at that time. In the event that the watch parts are not available any longer or Hardcore Watch Company has developed a new or upgraded version, it will offer its clients the new version at a reduced cost not to exceed 25% off the retail pricing.
